Agar status mein visa nazar na aaye ya "No Record Found" likha aaye — to dobara details check karein (ek digit ka farq bhi result badal deta hai). 🚩 Red Flags — Watch Out For These
- Advance payment: Demands cash for "visa fee" or "processing fee" before the offer letter.
- No written offer: No written offer on company letterhead.
- Too-good salary: Promises a salary far above the market rate (e.g. 5000 QAR for a helper).
- Passport + money: Asks for your original passport and money together.
- No office: No office address, refuses to meet in person.
- Pressure tactics: Pressure like "Pay today, the offer ends tomorrow!"
- WhatsApp only: Interview only on WhatsApp, no real HR contact.
- Personal accounts: Demands payment to a personal EasyPaisa/JazzCash number.
✅ How to verify an agent
- Ask for the agency's government license number and write it down.
- Pakistan: Verify with the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment. India: Check the eMigrate portal / Protector of Emigrants.
- Find the employer company's real number yourself and call it — don't use the number the agent gave you.
- Never pay the full fee in advance without verifying the visa.
- Get a written receipt for every payment.
- Before flying, check the visa on the country's official portal.
📝 If fraud happens — report checklist
- Save WhatsApp chats, voice notes and payment receipts.
- Note down the agent's name, ID card, phone numbers and office address.
- Pakistan: Report to the FIA. India: Inform the police + Protector of Emigrants.
- Inform your embassy in that country.
- Warn others in community groups so nobody else gets trapped.

📄 Gulf Job CV Tips
Build a CV that Gulf recruiters like at first glance.
1. One page is enough
Gulf recruiters skim a CV in 30 seconds. Keep it short, clean and to the point — nobody reads a 3–4 page CV.
2. Basic details + photo on top
Put your name, phone number with country code, nationality and visa status (visit visa / currently in home country) at the very top. Add a recent passport-size photo — this is normal in the Gulf.
3. Gulf experience first
If you have worked in the Gulf before, list it first — it matters the most. Always include the company name, country and employment duration.
4. Highlight licenses & certificates
List your driving license, ITI diploma, trade certificates and safety courses (like NEBOSH) clearly in a separate section — selection often depends on these.
5. Simple format, send as PDF
Clean font, light headings, no colorful designs. Always send a PDF file — Word formatting often breaks.
6. Never lie
Fake experience or certificates can lead to termination and deportation. Write only what is true — honesty goes a long way.
